Description

Hamamatsu SiPM optical modules containing a multi pixel photon counter (MPPC) capable of detecting extremely low-level light.  In addition to the MPPC these modules incorporate an amplifier, a high-voltage power supply circuit, and a temperature control circuit.  They operate just by connecting them to an external power supply (±5 V).  The output can be analogue or digital and different photosensitive areas are available.
