Description

NF ZM series of Benchtop LCR meters cover a wide frequency range, from the low-frequency region of 1 mHz up to 5.5 MHz. Supports a wide range of applications, from materials research to component production lines, featuring high-speed and low measurement fluctuation.

The LCR meter measures impedance, inductance, capacitance and resistance at spot frequencies. Ideal for testing components and materials in R&D applications and in component manufacturing. Equipped with various standard interfaces for remote control including: USB, GPIB, RS232, LAN and Handler, the ZM series LCR Meter integrates into production lines and automatic inspection systems without any additional options.

Three models are available:

ZM2371 and ZM2372 for 1 mHz to 100 kHz; ZM2376 for 1mHz up to 5.5MHz
