Description

The NF HSA4051 is a high speed wide frequency (DC to max. 500kHz) power amplifier capable of supplying high voltage and high power. DC+ / DC- signal is variable continuously with a wide output range of maximum 300Vp-p without switching.

Key features include:

Frequency range of DC to max. 500kHz. Slew rate is max. 5000V/µ s. A fast rise time pulse signal and a complicated waveform signal can be amplified with high fidelity.

High voltage output of 300Vp-p. Possible to drive piezo actuators and display devices by a big margin.

Output current of 2.83A p-p

4-quadrant operation (bipolar output)
