Description

InGaAs photodiodes for near-infrared light detection. Features include high speed, high sensitivity and low noise. Suitable for a wide range of applications including optical communication, analysis, and measurement. Available in different packages including surface mount type non-sealed.

Spectral responses ranging from 0.5 μm to 2.6 μm across three types:

Short wavelength enhanced: 0.5 to 1.7μm

Standard: 0.9 to 1.7μm

3 Long wavelength types: to 1.9μm | to 2.1μm | to 2.6μm
