Description

Both InGaAs linear arrays and segmented-type photodiodes are available from Hamamatsu. One-dimensional linear arrays with equally spaced photosensors and sensitive to near-infrared wavelengths. 4-segmented InGaAs PIN photodiodes sensitive in the near-infrared region. The photosensitive area is divided in two dimensions. Typical applications include laser optical axis alignment, Light spot position detection and NIR Spectrophotometers.
