Arbra DO 2000 Portable Ohmmeter Circuit Tester
The Arbra DO 2000 portable Ohmmeter is now available from Stantron.

The Arbra DO 2000 is a portable Ohmmeter designed to be used for measuring the resistance of electric detonators. It is designed to safely test shot firing circuits without the danger of pre-initiation. Resistances up to 1999 Ohms may be measured. It is made using surface mount technology package for all its electronic functions. It has a self-setting zero and a low battery warning.
The DO 2000 Ohmmeter is operated by simply connecting the shot firing cables to its two terminals. Press the switch button to see the circuit resistance displayed. The unit automatically switches off when the button is released. An open circuit or resistance above 1999.9 ohms is displayed as an O:C in the middle of the display. When the battery requires replacement a battery symbol will appear on the display.
The DO 2000 is manufactured in a robust high-impact ABS moulded case. It is water and dust proof. A unique feature of the DO 2000 Ohmmeter is the use of sliding billet terminals. This feature makes for ease in connecting cables to the exploder and also helps prevent the cables from damage. Components inside the ohmmeter are encapsulated to protect against damage from mishandling reducing maintenance to a minimum.
